This Privacy Policy describes what information FasTicks (the "Service") collects and how it's used. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information you provide directly (name, email address, organization name), and content you or your organization create in the Service (tickets, notes, attachments, knowledge base articles). If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your verified email address and basic profile information from that provider to create or match your account — we don't receive your password for those accounts.
To operate the Service: authenticate you, associate your activity with your organization, send account-related notifications (such as sign-in alerts), and provide support. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Information is shared only within your own organization's account, as the Service is designed for internal ticket tracking. We don't share your data with third parties except where required to operate the Service (e.g. infrastructure/hosting providers) or where required by law.
Your data is retained for as long as your account or organization remains active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting your organization's administrator or the Service operator.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypting sensitive credentials at rest and transmitting data over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Questions about this Privacy Policy can be directed to your organization's FasTicks administrator.
